REQUEST FOR DONATIONS

Equipment Connections & Party Rental Company has outlined our procedures for handling requests for donations as follows. We have four (4) meetings per year to decide who we will donate to. The first meeting is on March 30, the second meeting is on June 30, the third meeting is on September 30, and the fourth meeting is on December 30. If you are requesting a donation from us, we recommend you get your request in early enough to be heard by the board at its quarterly meeting. Please mail all requests to:

You will need to supply the following information to us.

1. Name, address, and telephone number of the person requesting the donation.
2. Name, address, and telephone number of the organization requesting donation.
3. Is the person or organization a non-profit? Does the organization have a 501C number?
4. Has the person or organization rented from us in the past? If so, when?
5. Please write a detailed letter stating why you think Equipment Connections & Party Rental Co. should donate to you or your organization.
